Dear OWSA members, Partners and Stakeholders:

In July 2011, OWSA received approval from The Trillium Foundation for a grant to undertake a comprehensive strategic planning process. OWSA hired a consultant, Al Will to facilitate the process. The first step in the process involved reaching out to all our members, partners and stakeholders to solicit feedback about the current state of programs and services offered by OWSA as well as collecting suggestions for future programs and services. OWSA then hosted a two-day Strategic Planning workshop September  10 – 11, 2011.

 The results from the Strategic Planning workshop are listed below. Please follow the links for more information on each of the 5 Strategic Goals that were developed at the Strategic Planning workshop and have since been reviewed and revised by the Board of Directors.
