FINAL List of Ontario Card Nominations Announced
for Cycle 2 Sports – Wheelchair Athletics and Wheelchair Tennis
Ontario Wheelchair Sports Association is pleased to announce the final list of athletes who have been nominated for Ontario Cards under the 2011-2012 Quest for Gold Ontario Athlete Assistance Program (OAAP) for Wheelchair Athletics and Wheelchair Tennis. The athletes nominated were selected using each sport’s specific selection criteria developed by Ontario Wheelchair Sports Association, approved by its Board of Directors and applied by the respective Selection Committees.

Recently, OWSA received a grant from the Trillium Foundation to undertake a comprehensive strategic planning process. The first step in this process is to seek input from all our members and stakeholders.

Hello everyone!
The new OWSA website has been launched! We are all very excited about the new site, and hope you are too! The 2011-12 membership form is now up as well, so use one of the two ways to become a 2011-12 member! The membership period follows the business fiscal year (April-March 31).
Take a minute to check out the new site and find the new videos, content, links, pictures, etc. Once you have familiarized yourself let us know if you have any questions or suggestions for content! We’ve included some links to National Sport Organization calendars and are working on provincial sport-specific calendars.
